The first time I got in contact with Reiki, I could not have imagined how it would change my life. On a physical level it has brought me healing and continues to bring me healing every day and on a mental level I have grown enormously and have become stronger by using the Reiki energy. Reiki has learned me a lot about myself and has added so much color to my life.
Reiki energy helps you to reconnect with yourself and gives you the necessary tools to reactivate and balance your body's self-healing capacity.
Reiki 1 is the 1st degree of Usui Reiki, also called Shoden. Usui Reiki originally consists of 3 degrees. Each degree represents a certain Reiki level of strength, ability and experience. The Reiki 1 course is mainly focused on the physical body. Everything that you will learn at this level is all about healing yourself.
During the Reiki 1 course you will learn, among other things, what Reiki is and about the history of Usui Reiki. As a student you will also gain the ability to use Reiki on yourself and others. Your contact with the Reiki energy is established through a number of elements in this course, including 4 attunements. And we will practice giving treatments.
Shoden is the beginning of a path. Whoever you are, whatever your background, whatever may or may not be in your backpack, Shoden is where you start. And from this point you develop at your own pace, whether slow or fast, this is personal.
This Reiki 1 course is a fantastic starting point in a journey to discover your own strength and the beginning of your personal spiritual path.
All course materials are included, like the course folder, a hand position instruction booklet and your Reiki 1 certificate which you receive at the end of the day.
The Reiki 1 course day is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the price is € 149,00. Tea, coffee, lunch and snacks are included.
